Son of jazz legend Gary Peacock, Collin began performing music and acting at age 9, and
writing and producing his own music by the time he was 16. Collin’s self-taught musicality, sultry and youthful voice,
and talent as a dancer, gained him rapid entry onto the world stage. From 1993 to 1996, Collin toured the United States, Europe,
and Africa performing with M.C. Hammer. Simultaneously, Collin launched his own group, Pieces of a Puzzle, and his rising
popularity led to multiple music video releases and live television performances.
After a short break following the dissolution
of his group, Collin returned to the music scene as a solo artist in 1998 with his self produced debut single “My Heart”.
That year, Northwest Music Awards honored Collin for Best Single Of The Year, and KUBE 93.3FM invited Collin to join the roster
for their Summer Jam concert, performing for yet another audience of 30,000+. Shortly after, Collin tabled himself a
showcase with Epic Records, and signed with the label in late 2000.
But close to the completion of his record,
Collin faced many challenges, including the hospitalization of his father and the subsequent loss of his own voice. By 2002,
he was unable to complete his album, and with his dreams crushed, Collin retired from music...Until NOW.
Collin has returned to his roots, and is writing
and singing from the heart again. His new album "Love Life" (available on iTunes, emusic, Rhapsody, Amazon
mp3 and Napster), is truly the culmination of years of struggle and life experience.
Collin has also returned to his acting roots,
recently appearing as a guest star on the hit series “Leverage” on TNT, as “Alex Engle” in “The
Tap-out Job”.
Follow him as he continues to follow his dreams!
